Arab Parliament Condemns Massacre Committed by Houthi Militia in Hodeidah, Yemen

Nov 30, 2020, SPA -- The Arab Parliament condemned the massacre, carried out by the Iran-backed Houthi militia in the district of Al-Durayhimi, located in Hodeidah governorate, Yemen, resulting in the death and injury of dozens of innocent civilians, mostly women and children.
 
In remarks on the event, Adel bin Abdulrahman Al-Assoumi, Speaker of the Arab Parliament, said as he chairs a meeting of the Arab Parliament that this crime comes as an extension of the terrorist crimes and attacks, carried out by the Houthi militia, against innocent civilians in Yemen.
 
He added that this crime represents flagrant challenge to all norms and principles of humanitarian and international laws, which guarantee the protection of civilians, calling on the international community to intervene immediately and to take decisive stances to stop such cowardly terrorist crimes.
