Iran-backed Houthis turn a well in Hodeidah into a mine depot
Residents of a village in the outskirts of Hays, southern Hodeidah, found on Friday quantities of landmines and explosive devices buried by the Iran-backed Houthis in a well from which the water had dried up.
The military media reported that the engineering team of the joint forces received a report from the recently liberated village of Beit Afda, that they had found landmines while they were digging to deepen a well from which the water had dried up.
The engineering team immediately went to the panted site and dismantled 50 lanmines.
It is worth mentioning that the engineering team of the joint forces had discovered quantities of landmines planted by the Houthis inside mosques and schools.
