Several Houthi field commanders and an Iranian military expert linked to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps have been transported to the Military Hospital in Sanaa under heavy guard and strict secrecy.

Medical sources reported that the individuals arrived from front lines along the West Coast, where intense clashes have recently escalated between Houthi militias and joint forces, including the Southern Giants Brigades and the Nation Shield forces. The hospital has been placed under a security cordon, with the movement of personnel severely restricted and access denied to all but a select few high-ranking Houthi officials.

The arrival of these figures coincides with a significant surge in casualties among Houthi ranks. Reports indicate that medical facilities across Sanaa, Ibb, and Hodeidah are currently overwhelmed by the influx of dead and wounded combatants. In Sanaa, the Al-Kuwait Hospital has reportedly installed additional refrigeration containers to manage the growing number of bodies arriving from the front lines.

Sources suggest that during the first week of September, hundreds of casualties were transported to the capital's hospitals, including dozens of field commanders.
