Shabwa Defense Forces Inflict Losses on Houthi Militias in Multiple Fronts
Shabwa Defense Forces have announced the successful execution of a precision military operation targeting Houthi militia positions across several battlefronts in Shabwa Governorate. This action was a direct response to a drone attack that targeted a military site, resulting in the death of one of their soldiers.
The forces stated in a communique that the operation encompassed the Harib, Ain, Bayhan, and Upper Markha fronts. It was carried out by their drone aviation units, which launched multiple airstrikes against military sites and targets in areas under Houthi militia control.
According to the statement, the strikes successfully hit their intended objectives, resulting in significant human and material losses for the Houthi militia, including casualties and damage to military vehicles.
This operation followed the martyrdom of Soldier Saleh Abdullah Saleh Barea'mah, a member of the Sixth Brigade of the Shabwa Defense Forces, who was killed when a drone targeted a military position.
These developments occur amidst ongoing military tensions on several fronts within and around Shabwa. Areas bordering Houthi-controlled territories have witnessed intermittent clashes and reciprocal attacks.
